Japan has been tightening regulations on non-resident real estate ownership — if you fail to appoint a tax representative and property taxes go unpaid, your property may be subject to seizure (差し押さえ) by the local government. We handle this registration for you and ensure all property taxes and municipal obligations are filed and paid on time, protecting your investment.
All incoming mail is scanned within 3 business days of receipt. You will get an instant notification on your dashboard and via email, along with an AI-generated English summary of the contents.
Yes. You can request international forwarding for any mail item directly from your dashboard. We ship via tracked international mail, and you can follow the delivery status in your account. International forwarding is available as an add-on service with separate shipping fees based on destination and weight.

Our service operates on an annual contract basis. You may cancel at any time, and your service will remain active until the end of your current contract year. Once the contract year expires, no further charges will be applied.
